You can now own part of a house made famous by the Netflix horror show Stranger Things, thanks to a Seattle-based real estate investment platform.

Seattle startup Arrived is selling shares in the house occupied by the Byers family on the popular series for $100. Arrived has also listed the house on Airbnb for stays.

The home is located just outside of Atlanta, and has been designed to create a fan experience similar to sets on the show. A press release says “guests can enjoy hanging out in Jonathan’s bedroom, sitting on the couch by the interactive Christmas light wall, or playing D&D in upside-down inspired rooms.”

The show centers on a small town in Indiana embarking on a mystery involving “secret experiments, terrifying supernatural forces and one strange little girl” after a young boy vanishes.

The fifth and final season of Stranger Things is expected to be released in 2025.
