Delancey in Ballard continues its occasional special multi-course dinners with this month’s Chuckanut Brewer’s Dinner. These events are often limited to those lucky folks on their mailing list, but we’ve got the details:
From the good people at Delancey:
CHUCKANUT BREWER’S DINNER AT DELANCEY
We’ve been serving Chuckanut Brewery’s award-winning beers since the day we opened our doors, and we’re proud to join owner-brewers Will and Mari Kemper in hosting a dinner to celebrate Seattle Beer Week.
When: Tuesday, May 18, at 6:00 pm
Where: at Delancey, 1415 NW 70th Street, Ballard
Who: You and 39 other beer lovers
Why: To drink Chuckanut Brewery’s stellar beers and eat a multi-course meal. Why not?
What: The menu is subject to change according to what’s at the market, but we’re thinking local oysters with beer mignonette, duck fat potatoes with beer vinegar, wood oven-roasted local asparagus, cured meats, pissaladiere with beer-braised onions, a variety of pizzas, and who knows what else.
How: Buy a ticket at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/111217. $70 per person, including beverage, tax, and gratuity.
