By Seattle Mag August 6, 2014

The Finerie (with locations in the West Edge and in Belltown) is hosting two events this week that might be of interest if you’re a man or a woman into Trina Turk and Mr. Turk.

On August 7 from 5 to 10 p.m., during the Harbor Steps Post Alley Hooley, The Finerie will be hosting an informal fashion show, with model circulating through the event as well as a game toss to win gift certificates to the store.

Additionally, Friday, August 8 is the start of The Finerie’s Turk Trunk event, with special pieces from both the Trina Turk women’s line and the Mr Turk line for men. This trunk show runs though August 14.

Lastly, but most definitely not least, at The Finerie’s new project Finerie CoLab (1921 Second Ave. in the former Great Jones Home space on Friday, August 8 from 6 to 9 p.m., is the store’s Kick-off Party with even more Turk action. Both Turks, Jonathan and Trina, will be at the store to celebrate the launch of the Trina Turk collection there. Enjoy libations from Miller’s Guild and Place Pigalle, mingle with the couple of the hour, check out what Trina has in store for fall and shop away (there’s a gift with purchase, which is always an enticement). If you can’t make it that night, there will be an extended Trina Turk pop up shop at the CoLab from August 15 through September 15.
