I walk to work most mornings, and today I was peeling layers block by block. Off came the mittens, then the scarf and finally the outer jacket. Dare I say it? It felt like spring and it’s just in time for the happy, springtime hues popping up in stores. Here are a few bright ideas for your wallet, nails, wrists and table (respectively):

Easy on the wallet If a Packers versus Steelers smackdown doesn’t float your boat, skip the game this weekend in favor of Mario’s annual Super Bowl Sunday sale. The sale starts ramping up today, but Sunday is the big pay-off, you’ll score 50% off the last sale price on designer garments. If you can’t wait, sale garments are still a great 30% off today and tomorrow.

Go green Locally-based nail co. Butter London launched their spring/summer nail collection this week; I can’t wait to paint on the Dosh apple green polish with metallic gold undertones.

Stack ‘em up! I have a serious soft spot for Bainbridge-based Grain design studio. A couple months back, we featured their fun, reclaimed wire rings and now they are also offering colorful, quirky bracelets made from the same wire.
