!–paging_filter–pOn Saturday evening, the Seattle style set turned out to mark the conclusion of a href=”http://\/\/seattlemag.com.239elwb01.blackmesh.com/fashion-week-bellevue-coll…“Fashion Week at The Bellevue Collection/a with Front Row Fashion presented by emVogue/em, raising a total of $60,000 to benefit the a href=”http://www.moyerfoundation.org/” target=”_blank”Moyer Foundation,/a a non-profit supporting children in distress. The beloved Bellevue bash is easily the best bet for viewing the autumn arsenal stocked in the Bellevue Collection’s most stylish stores./p
pemVogue/em Market Stylist Cara Crowley introduced falls biggest trends in seven sets, defined as Layer it On, Rebel Moves, Color Wheel, Parlor Proper, Perfect Pairings, Discreet Chic and P.M. Perfected. Models trounced down the runway to a solid soundtrack, wearing sheer silk tops and luxurious cashmere sweaters with graphic print trousers and track pants—one of the biggest trends of the season. There were loads of leather details, like a dapper men’s wool sweater with leather elbow patches and for women, plenty of party-ready leather skirts, frocks, and rock-chic moto jackets./p
pSitting in the crowd, was the amazingly talented a href=”http://www.ozencompany.com/” target=”_blank”Aykut Ozen/a—the leather goods designer who, earlier that week, won the Independent Designer Runway Show—garnering the attention of Fashion First show goers with his fur and leather men’s Grizzly jacket, which made an appearance during the rebel chic section of the show./p
pBold primary colors showed up on eye-catching outerwear, while 90s inspired grunge style also surfaced in a number of outfits. Knee-high boots are also back. In summary: fall trends are showing a little something for everyone./p
pAs the show wrapped up, a fierce applause ensued for P.M. Perfected as models took the stage in glimmering gowns, fit and flare dresses and sharp suits begging to be worn in the evening hours. And showed, if anything, there is no shortage of metallic this season./p
pWhile there may not have been a clear trend victor the audience favored most, but the energy leaving the show indicated that Front Row Fashion, in its fourth year, was another sweeping, not to mention seriously stylish, success./p
