Future File: Fashion First

By Seattle Mag August 13, 2014

After a taking a sabbatical during the 2013 season, Fashion First is back on this year in a big way on Thursday, September 11 at Showbox SoDo. Now in its tenth year, this popular runway show combines the most current trends from the region’s best shops (and a few designers) with a worthy cause for a fun night of fashion and philanthropy.

Participating shops include David Lawrence, Canopy Blue, Ketch, Mercer, La Ree, Elizabeth Roberts and many more (my fave set is always the amazing vintage from Kirkland’s Ragamoffyn’s) and the evening includes a live auction of luxury items and trips with proceeds going to Inspire Youth Project (formerly Rise n’Shine), an organization that provides support for at-risk youth affected by HIV/AIDS.

Tickets to this great event are available now and range between $50 for general admission and $500 for ultra VIP tickets. These seats will sell out, so get your tickets now. There’s nothing worse than missing out and having to endure all photos of people having fun that night splashed all over social media, while you’re at home feeling all left out.
