HAUTE WHEELS
A blend of couture and bike messenger gear paves the way for a new look, sans Lycra bodysuit, but with the same fierce attitude. Patagonia black pullover polyester nano-puff jacket, $159, REI, layered over Marni “Maglia Dolcevita” beaded turtleneck cashmere knit sweater with crushed velvet front panel, $1,325, Neiman Marcus, and Luly Yang “Onyx” strapless leather cocktail dress with embellished circle cut-out detailing, $1,200, Luly Yang Couture.  MOUNTAIN HIGH
Whether ascending Pike/Pine or climbing the social ladder, trade up the fleece-and-jeans ensemble for its sleek, sophisticated cousin of cashmere, fur-lined boots and belted layers. Nau alloy stripe- patterned recycled polyester blazer with down fill, $215, layered over Marmot “Precip” grass green nylon rain jacket, $99, both from REI. Giorgio Armani blue and green watercolor pattern cashmere knit vest, $1,125, and 3.1 Phillip Lim blue flat-front skinny trouser pant, $275, both from Neiman Marcus. Oakley Eyepatch 2 blue and clear plastic sunglasses, $100, and Nathan “Trail Mix” waist pack, $45, both from REI.

SEA WEAR
The Deadliest Catch goes debonair: Wade in deep with Filson’s waxed chaps, easygoing layers and feathery accessories perfect for snaring fish (or fishermen). Akris Punto sand-colored cotton button-up blouse with belt, $595, Neiman Marcus. REI Sahari nylon blend patterned shirt, $42.50, and Royal Robbins three-ply nylon backcountry shorts, $50, both from REI. Filson waxed tin cotton cloth chaps paired with straps of same material, $70, and layered over Chanel “Bottes” knee-high riding boots, $1,500, Neiman Marcus. Brunello Cucinelli leather necklace with feather trim (detail opposite), $215, also from Neiman Marcus. Two Aireheart by Sydney crystal beaded lariat necklaces, $325 each, Butch Blum.

RAINED OUT
Arm yourself with a chic rain cloak and cap to challenge the dreary drizzle in cheery pops of persimmon, goldenrod and teal. Wraphabillement “Le Sportif” turmeric cloak-style Schoeller C_Change fabric rain coat, $745, line available at Nordstrom or Wraphabillement. Prada “Cotone Microrib” striped cotton shirt with Peter Pan collar, $495, Eric Javits patent crocodile rain hat, $175, and Theodora & Callum linen viscose ikat print head scarf, $175, all from Neiman Marcus.

BOARDED UP
Tackle the concrete jungle with laidback cool in a designer knit dress and nylon slicker that channels both Punky B. and funky. Nikita “Anat” burgundy/coral/gray-paneled nylon slicker, $94, Snowboard Connection. Maison Martin Margiela MM6 dark gray cowl-neck sheath viscose rayon dress layered over same style MM6 dress in light gray, $195 each, both from Butch Blum.
