There are ample opportunities in the coming days for you to spend your hard-earned cash, peek ultra-modern architecture, sip champagne and work on your downward dog, or learn red-carpet beauty secrets. Let’s get down to brass tacks.

2016 Seattle Modern Home Tour
When: Saturday, April 30, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tickets: $35; $40 day of
What: It’s time for the fifth annual Seattle Modern Home Tour, a self-paced, self-driving cavalcade to eight architecturally significant homes in the city. The design-obsessed will have the opportunity to walk through each home and meet the local architects behind the designs. Notable names include Tiffany Bowie and Joe Malboeuf of Malboeuf-Bowie Architecture, David Coleman, Susan Jones of AtelierJones LLC, Jim Dwyer of BDR Homes and Thomas Schaer of Shed Architecture & Design. Aesop Pop-In at Nordstrom
When:
April 22 to May 22
Where: Downtown and Bellevue Square locations
What: The latest in the luxury department store’s themed Pop-In series highlights the polished potions of Australia’s Aesop. Expect shampoos, serums, creams, toners and beyond–all crafted with a blend of plant-based and laboratory-made ingredients–perched under a curved and crossing arch of bamboo poles. Shop the collection and nab a personal skincare consultation at Nordstrom’s downtown flagship and Bellevue Square location, or shop it all online.

Poppin’ Bottles Event at Lululemon
When:
April 29, 8 to 10 p.m.
Where:
Lululemon store inside Pacific Place
What:
Go for a gratis vinyasa flow yoga sesh with Laura Huysman and Tim Sullivan, the local duo behind retreat hosting company Moveable Feast Retreats, then enjoy a glass of bubbly to a job well done. RSVP on the Facebook event page.

Meet + Greet with Charlotte Tilbury
When: May 5, 3 to 4 p.m.
Where: Nordstrom downtown
What: The British make-up artist and founder of her eponymous skincare and cosmetics line will share her beauty philosophy (and perhaps a few red-carpet secrets) in the retailer’s brand-new beauty section. Snag $75 (or more) worth of Charlotte Tilbury products–currently loving this palette with everything you need to finesse your look in five minutes–and you’ll get a chance to meet Ms. Tilbury, have a product signed and snap a selfie.

Junction’s Day of Giving
When: Saturday, April 30, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: West Seattle Junction
What: Restaurants and retailers in the West Seattle Junction will donate 10 percent of their sales on Saturday to a nonprofit of their choosing during the West Seattle Junction Association’s first-ever Day of Giving. A few of the participating spots include Click! Design that Fits, Capers, Easy Street Records, The Beer Junction and Cupcake Royale. Charlotte Tilbury will be on the sales floor speaking about her beauty philosophy and sharing a few of her red carpet secrets. Then, customers who have made a purchase of $75+ on Charlotte Tilbury products will line up to meet Charlotte, get a product signed and photo snapped! There will be a standby line for customers who have not made a purchase and time permitting, will be able to meet Charlotte as well.
