Happy Bluest-of-Blue Fridays! As the Seahawks prepare to take on the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLIX this Sunday, 12s are preparing all day long throughout Western Washington. The largest rally will be at 11 a.m. at the Metropolitan Market and Bartell Drugs headquarters on Delridge Way in West Seattle, where fans will hoist up the largest 12th Man flag–30 by 50 feet–at 12:12 p.m. To get in the mood, check out these 12 (naturally) key moments from the Seahawks season selected by the Seattle Times.

Seattle Symphony music director Ludovic Morlot and Pearl Jam guitarist Mike McCready will collaborate Monday to deliver its Sonic Evolution concert at Benaroya Hall. An annual series, Sonic Evolution shows are designed to honor musicians who “embody the city’s spirit,” The Seattle Times reports, and Monday’s concert will feature the world premiere of a new piece by McCready titled “Waking the Horizon.” As Morlot conducts the symphony, a major league Seattle band including McCready, Duff McKagan (Guns ‘N’ Roses), Chris Cornell (Soundgarden), Barrett Martin (Screaming Trees), and Matt Cameron (Pearl Jam) will accompany.
