pWedlocks is a beauty-focused event, highlighting the areas freshest makeup, hair and other beauty vendors. a href=”http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/516823” target=”_blank”Tickets/a, which are $20, include fun things like getting your hair done while sipping a mimosa at the Bun Braid Bar, a seat in the Lash Lounge, a chair at the Brow Bar and other fun, fancy and totally girly activities./p
p“Megan and I were chatting one day about the process our clients have when selecting beauty vendors for weddings,” says Bielma, when asked what inspired Wedlocks. “Often times, a bride won’t want to cheat on her regular stylist, but she needs hair and makeup for her attendants, her mother, and other assorted members of the wedding party. Selecting a professional who is well schooled in the nature of special event looks as well as how they translate on film (OK, digital!) is key. So, out of that, Wedlocks was born in order to create an interactive spot to facilitate the vendor/prospective client relationship.”/p
pThe venue, Columbia Tower Club, adds even more dazzle to this posh event. Not only are the views spectacular from 75 stories up, but their As You Wish event ($25 when purchased separately and $35 for both events) is set to showcase even more amazing wedding vendors, including cake makers, style experts, DJs and more./p
