Born from the legacy of Paseo in Fremont, Un Bien is run by the sons of the original owner. The Caribbean Roast is packed with slow-roasted pork, caramelized onions, and aioli on a toasted baguette. This sandwich has a serious following. For something just as satisfying, the Ham & Cheese has thin-sliced ham, banana peppers, and Swiss pressed to perfection. Yes, you will wait in line, but it’s worth every second — and you’ll definitely need extra napkins.

Hot Tip

The fire-roasted corn, covered in aioli and Parmesan with a kick of lime and paprika, is a must. Call ahead to order and dodge the lines.
