It’s that time of year! As the days grow shorter and temperatures drop, Woodland Park Zoo invites adults to celebrate the changing seasons with 21+ events designed to keep the fun going from autumn through winter in a carefree, kid-free environment.

OktoBEARfest is back

As the first leaves of autumn begin to fall, Woodland Park Zoo once again transforms into your own personal beer garden as with the return of OktoBEARfest! On October 3, taste your way through offerings from 50 Pacific Northwest breweries, cideries, and meaderies. With the entire zoo open and kid-free, you can wander exhibits with a drink in hand—whether you’re on the hunt for your next favorite pour or simply looking for a wildly unique day out with friends, OktoBEARfest is the perfect way to celebrate the season.

As the holidays arrive, experience WildLanterns, presented by Kaiser Permanente, in a whole new light during exclusive 21+ Night Owl nights. Sip holiday-inspired cocktails, marvel at dazzling lantern displays, and discover themed bars throughout the zoo. Cozy up by the fire, enjoy festive treats, and take unlimited Historic Carousel rides, all in a relaxed, adults-only atmosphere—After dark. After work. After hours.
