In addition to the musical lineup, the festival offers a number of “adventures,” including REI-sponsored hikes and kayaking, the chance to join a gonzo marching band, and Camp Timber!, which presents special kids’ concerts, crafts and more.

Chinatown/International District Hosts the Seattle Dragon Fest

(7/16 to 7/17, times vary) At the Pan-Asian Seattle Dragon Fest, enjoy dragon and lion dances, Japanese taiko drummers, Seattle Chinese Community Girls Drill Team and other live performers, along with dishes ($2 each) from numerous Asian food vendors.
