Eat and drink at Seattle’s ultimate pop-up bar event, with bites from Asian fusion food truck Lumpia World; beers and ciders from nearly 30 breweries, including Seattle’s Two Beers and Elysian; and Scotch and whiskey flights, featuring six Scotches and six whiskeys, ranging from Jameson to vintage Aberlour. Washington has plenty to boast of, from majestic Mount Rainier National Park, home of our state’s iconic glaciated peak, the tallest in the contiguous US, to the wild beauty of Olympic National Park, with over 70 miles of wild coastline, a variety of ecosystems, the craggy Olympic mountains and lush temperate rainforests.
