Noble Local Pizza Chain Now Delivering (Cheap) Beer, Too

Zeeks Pizza has stepped up to the plate, giving the people what they want: pizza and beer.

Zeeks Pizza delivery service was already pretty good. But now, when their pizza guy hands over not only a warm pizza box, but a cold beer too, Zeeks goes from pretty good to pretty great.

According to Kendall Jones over at the Washington Beer Blog, the local pizza chain has started delivering beer along with its pies. Choose from 17 different Northwest beers (and one cider), ranging from pilsners to stouts and, yes, IPA. If beer’s not your bag, channel your inner Italian and pair your margherita pizza with one of Zeeks’ three wines.

Sure, apps like Drizly have offered liquor delivery (without pizza) for awhile. But one cool thing about ordering beer from Zeeks is that you can play mix and match, ordering just one or two different canned beers or a customizable six pack they’re calling Frankenstein Packs. Shoulder coolers will keep your brews nice and frosty during delivery and eventually they plan to add a crowler machine to can tap beer.

With beer prices roughly the same as local grocery stores, why would you ever need to go down there yourself? Most beers cost $1.50 to $2.00, but deliveries must be a minimum of $15. There’s nothing stopping you from skipping the pizza and getting $15 worth of beer, though. We won’t judge.

We were both working in tech at the time, and the whole plan was wonderfully small. I wore a colorful Anthropologie dress I’d bought for $150, and my…
