Turning south from Highway 28 midway between Wenatchee and the Gorge Amphitheater begins a weaving descent down to the Columbia River that brings back memories for many — some going back decades. The unmistakable vistas overlooking this stretch of the Columbia, set against a 500-foot basalt cliff, imprints an image hard to forget.

And yet, for many Seattleites, Crescent Bar is still an undiscovered gem, a Washingtonian “best kept secret.” For the familiar, it’s Central Washington’s ultimate playground. For those looking to make this sun-soaked paradise home (or home away from home), Crescent Ridge recently introduced a new collection of luxury estate homes perched over the water.

A premier watersports destination, the Crescent Bar boat launch, marina, and beaches are within walking distance from home. Crescent Ridge also rests conveniently between the region’s two family friendly, nine-hole golf courses and local dining spots. All are accessible via golf cart — Crescent Bar’s unofficial mode of transit — through a network of connecting trails.

Crescent Ridge homes are designed for single-level living. Each features floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive kitchens, three distinct finish palettes, whole-home automation, high-end finishes, Thermador Masterpiece Collection appliances, and an indoor/outdoor living area — all designed to take full advantage of sweeping westerly views across the Columbia River.

Two different floor plans also cater to adventure. Each includes generous 12-foot-tall garage doors to accommodate vehicles, boats, RVs, quads, and plenty of gear. Plus, a mudroom with dual sets of washers and dryers and an oversized pantry ensure that these homes support an active indoor/outdoor lifestyle with ease.

Complete with a full suite of resort-style amenities, Crescent Ridge offers a diverse experience portfolio in your neighborhood.

Feel like breaking a sweat? Get moving at our high-end fitness center, challenge your neighbors on the pickleball courts, or take some laps in the swimming pool (equally fit for leisurely dips as well). When it’s time to simply kick back and enjoy, savor a local glass of wine at the onsite tasting room as you enjoy the sounds of live music from the adjacent amphitheater.

Crescent Ridge recently announced its newest neighborhood, The Vineyard. Buyers interested in touring homes in this limited release are invited to contact Sales Director Melissa Camp and sales associate Kiana Black. Homes start at $1.7 million. Current availability and more information can be found at CrescentRidgeResort.com or by calling 509-787-0500.

It’s an experience he always hoped his children would have someday, but by the time he became a father in Seattle, land was at a premium: either already developed or prohibitively…
