Whether you’re an outdoor enthusiast, an adventurous foodie or a relaxation maven, springtime in Whistler has something for everyone. Enjoy more daylight, warmer weather, fresh dining and fantastic deals as this winter wonderland transitions to a summer mecca. Here’s a bit more on the top reasons to visit Whistler during the spring shoulder season:

Sunny Days on the Slopes

Late spring (mid-April through May) in Whistler often means soft snow on the slopes, plus plenty of sunshine. With longer days comes longer lift operation, resulting in extra time to hit the mountain during your stay. You won’t regret those goggle tan lines or refreshing t-shirt runs.

Multi-Sport Itineraries

While there’s plenty of snow left in the mountains, the valley begins to melt, offering a truly unique opportunity to pack all your favorite outdoor adventures into one trip. Think a morning of skiing, followed by an afternoon of golf. Multi-sport days is what spring is all about in Whistler. Enjoy golf, skiing, biking, hiking, paddling and other adventurous activities like ziplining and ATV rides.
