This entirely self-sufficient private island named Trump Island (and no, it’s not named after that Trump) in the San Juans is on the market for a mere $8.75 million. Just what do you get for that price tag? The 29.4 acre chunk of land boasts a more than 7,000 square-foot custom home with six bedrooms and four bathrooms, views galore, a 1,200 square-foot caretaker’s cottage, dock for a sea plane and yacht (clearly you have those), waterfront access and your own forest that you will obviously name something cool and enchanted-sounding.

Herewith, a few photos of the fabulous and incredibly scenic listing, all courtesy of Windermere Real Estate.
