Optional upgrades such as infrared heaters also ensure warmth during cool weather, and switched exterior soffit outlets further enhance accessibility and comfort. Designed for easy entertainment, optional built-in BBQs make cooking for a crowd just as convenient as grilling an intimate summer meal for two.

The patios are strategically situated for enjoyment of the lush landscaping, where the heritage plantings of the original site are blended with a unique plan for each home. Additional touches include custom fencing for privacy and outdoor lighting for overall atmosphere.
